Enjoy the white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island and the Gulf of Mexico just minutes from the home. In less than two minutes, and without crossing a single street, you can reach one of the island’s most beautiful beach access points.

The east wing features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, while the west wing includes the primary bedroom with private bathroom and a guest room with an additional main bathroom. Another bathroom is located next to the pool entrance. Every bedroom is equipped with a Wi-Fi enabled flat-screen TV. Television is available via HD antenna (OTA) and Roku streaming; cable TV service is not provided. A full-sized washer, dryer, and central vacuum system are available for your convenience.

The open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Modern appliances and high-quality cookware allow you to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner. The cooking island with ceramic-glass cooktop encourages conversation and shared moments.

After a day at the beach, relax in the heated saltwater pool with attached spa in a private tropical setting. Pool and spa heating are weather dependent and subject to environmental and technical limitations. Pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, and heating performance may vary. Specific water temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

The outdoor tropical setting includes generous seating areas, a fully equipped barbecue kitchen with conventional and teppan grills, a covered dining area, outdoor TV, giant chess set, and additional outdoor games. It is designed for relaxed gatherings with family and friends.

The large circular driveway accommodates up to six vehicles and provides space for trailers, jet skis, or small boats. Public boat ramps are located nearby.

The ground-level layout features wide doors and barrier-free showers for enhanced accessibility.

Due to health issues in the Owner's family, pets, service or emotional support animals are not permitted on this private property under any circumstances. This includes visitors of Guests. Any pet found in or around the property will result in expedited eviction, forfeiture of all payments, and liability for specialized cleaning and any resulting damages. This policy is in place solely to protect our family’s health. We appreciate your understanding.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping noise at a respectful level day and night, especially around the pool area.

Florida’s climate can involve high temperatures and humidity, particularly during summer months. The home’s air-conditioning systems are regulated to ensure safe and reliable operation throughout the year. Thermostat ranges are set to maintain system performance and indoor comfort.

Driveway and pool equipment area are under exterior video surveillance with motion-activated recording. No cameras are installed inside the home or within the pool/spa area.

Cancellation Policy: No refund will be issued for any reason.

A refundable $1,000.00 security deposit hold is placed {PS DRS} days prior to arrival and is automatically released within 5 days after departure following our standard post-stay inspection. The security deposit is an authorization hold only and not a charge.
