This includes visitors of guests. Any pet(s) found in or about the rental property will be grounds for the guest's expedited eviction and forfeiture of all monies paid. Guests will be liable for specialized cleaning costs and any potential damage to the property and/or the health of other persons caused by the animal's presence on the property.

The east wing features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms while the west wing features a master bedroom with a master bathroom and a guest room with the main bathroom. The two wings are connected by the generous kitchen, dining, and living area. Another bathroom is located right next to the entrance from the pool side. Every bedroom is equipped with a Wi-Fi enabled flat screen TV. Television available via HD antenna (OTA) and Roku streaming; cable TV service is not provided. Throughout the house you can use the high-speed Wi-Fi to access the internet. We provide you with a full-sized washer, dryer, and central vacuum cleaner to make your stay even more comfortable.

Take a dip in the large heated saltwater pool (automatic heat pump set to 80°F) featuring a cascading waterfall and hot tub in a tropical paradise setting. Relax in the shallow sun ledge or swim the 34-foot length of the pool. The spa temperature is set to 100°F, with a heat-up time of 15–40 minutes depending on air temperature. The spa can be activated from 1 PM to 10 PM to allow sufficient pool heating and filtration time. Operation cannot be guaranteed during very cold outdoor temperatures or in the event of equipment failure.

Our large outdoor tropical paradise with ample seating for everyone is waiting for you. The fully equipped outdoor barbecue kitchen with conventional and teppan grills, and the covered dining area, offer plenty of space for a family get-together. An outdoor TV lets you watch your favorite streaming shows or sports events while relaxing in the hot tub or pool. Next to the pool you can also enjoy a game of giant chess with your family.

In front of the house, our large circular driveway offers enough space for at least six cars. There is enough room to bring a trailer with personal sports equipment, or your own jet ski or boat. Public boat ramps are available nearby, ready for your ultimate boating experience on the Gulf of Mexico.

The ground-level house with its wide doors and barrier-free showers is handicapped accessible.

The home is fully insulated and not only fulfills all ecological standards but also provides a beautifully quiet atmosphere. Inside, the open floor plan flows from the large kitchen and dining area to the spacious living zone. The kitchen is furnished with modern appliances that allow you to prepare either a quick snack or a large family dinner. Use our high-quality WMF pots, pans, and cutlery to prepare a delicious meal.

You will find QR codes on every appliance that lead directly to online instructions. The cooking island with a ceramic-glass cooktop allows for easy conversation while cooking. The open design invites everyone to take part.

Our air-conditioning systems are regulated for both heating and cooling to ensure consistent and safe operation during your stay. Thermostats can be set to cool at a minimum of 72°F in summer and heat up to 78°F in winter. These parameters are based on manufacturer and service recommendations to ensure reliable performance without interruption.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Rates are automatically updated daily and may vary by season, occupancy, and availability. A refundable $1,000.00 security deposit hold is placed {PS DRS} days before arrival and automatically released within 20 days after departure if no damage or violations occur.

The security deposit is a hold only, not a charge. Successful placement of the hold is required for access to the property.
