In this 3-bedroom booking configuration, the East Wing (three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms) remains closed and is not accessible. Guests have exclusive use of the Main Building and West Wing, including all living areas, kitchen, pool, spa, pergola-covered grill area, covered outdoor dining terrace, and driveway.
The open floor plan connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Modern appliances and high-quality cookware allow you to prepare anything from a quick breakfast to a full family dinner.

After a day at the beach, relax in the heated saltwater pool with attached spa in a private tropical setting. Pool and spa heating are weather dependent and subject to environmental and technical limitations. Pool and spa cannot be heated simultaneously, and heating performance may vary. Specific water temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
The outdoor tropical setting includes generous seating areas, a large grill located beneath a separate pergola, and a covered outdoor dining terrace adjacent to the home. Additional amenities include an outdoor TV, giant chess set, private putting green, and cornhole.
The large circular driveway accommodates multiple vehicles and provides space for trailers, jet skis, or small boats. Public boat ramps are located nearby.
The ground-level layout features wide doors and barrier-free showers for enhanced accessibility.

Due to documented health considerations within the Owner’s family, this is a strictly animal-free home. No pets and no animals of any kind are permitted anywhere on the property, including for guests and visitors. Any unauthorized animal on the premises constitutes a material breach of the rental terms and may result in immediate termination of the stay, removal from the property, and charges for specialized cleaning and any resulting damages.
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping noise at a respectful level day and night, especially around the pool area.
Florida’s climate can involve high temperatures and humidity, particularly during summer months. The home’s air-conditioning systems are regulated to ensure safe and reliable operation throughout the year.
Driveway and pool equipment area are under exterior video surveillance with motion-activated recording. No cameras are installed inside the home or within the pool/spa area.
We encourage guests to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect their stay against unforeseen circumstances.
