This includes visitors of Guests. Any pet(s) found in or about the Rental Property will be grounds for the Guest's expedited eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest will be made liable for specialized cleaning costs and any potential damage to the property and/or the health of other persons caused by the animal's presence on the property.

The east wing features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms while the west wing features a master bedroom with a master bathroom and guest room with main bathroom. The two wings are connected by the generous kitchen, dining and living area. Another bathroom is located right next to the entrance from the pool side. Every bedroom is equipped with a WiFi enabled flat screen and a radio alarm clock. Throughout the house you can use the High-Speed WiFi to access the internet. We provide you with a full sized washer, dryer and central vacuum cleaner to make your stay even more comfortable.

You are vacationing in a residential Area. Please be a good Neighbor by keeping noise to
a respectful level. Please be mindful of loud music and loud voices or activities, especially around pool area.

After a sunny day at the beach our outdoor shower is a welcome possibility to cool off.

Take a dip into the large, heated saltwater pool (automatic heat pump set to 80F) that boasts a cascading waterfall and hot tub in a tropical paradise setting. A perfect motto for a family picture. Relax in the flat water area or go for a swim that takes you 34 feet across the pool. Spa temperature is set to 100°F, heat-up time 15-40 minutes depending on air temperature. Spa can be activated from 1PM - 10PM in order to allow sufficient pool heating and filtration time. Operation can't be guaranteed during very cold outdoor temperatures or equipment failure.

Our large outdoor tropical paradise with ample seating for everyone is waiting for you. The fully equipped outdoor barbecue kitchen with conventional and teppan grills, and a covered dining area offers plenty of space for a family get together. An outdoor TV allows you to watch your favorite streaming TV show or sports event while relaxing in the hot tub or pool. Right next to the pool you will also be able to play a fun game of giant chess with your family.

In front of the house our large circular driveway offers enough space for at least six cars. There is enough room for you to bring a trailer with your personal sporting equipment or your own jet ski or boat. Public boat ramps are available in short distance from the house and ready for you to make your ultimate boating experience on the Gulf of Mexico.

The ground level house with its wide doors and barrier free showers is handicapped accessible.

The home is fully insulated and not only fulfills all the ecological standards but provides a beautifully quiet atmosphere. Inside the open floor plan flows from the large kitchen and dining area to the enormous seating in the living zone. The kitchen is furnished with modern appliances that allow you to prepare either a small snack or a large family dinner. Use our high quality WMF pots, pans and cutlery to prepare a delicious meal.

You will find QR-Codes on every appliance that lead directly to the online instructions. The cooking island with a ceramic glass cooktop offers the opportunity to talk while cooking. The open design invites everyone to get involved.

Air temperature and humidity in Florida can reach very high levels during the summer months. Our Air Conditioning Systems are regulated for both heating and cooling to ensure consistent and safe operation of the unit during your stay. Our AC thermostats can be set to cool at a minimum of 72°F during the summer and they can be set to heat the unit up to 78°F during winter months. These parameters are based on manufacturer and AC service technician recommendations, and they ensure that you will have the best possible stay with us, without interruptions.
